Raw Honey Storage

Here are several important tips on Raw Honey storage:

Raw honey should be stored in the pantry, not in the fridge. Cold temperatures can result in crystallization of Raw Honey.

Excessive heat can have detrimental effects on the nutritional value of honey. Heating up to 37°C (98.6 F) causes loss of nearly 200 components, part of which are antibacterial. 

Honey will last indefinitely if protected from moisture. It may lose color and some flavor. But it will still be safe to eat.
