Haddrell's of Cambridge New Zealand Manuka Honey. Manuka trees are indigenous to NZ and honey made from the Manuka blossom is very delicious, earthy honey that has unique properties. These properties can be measured in a laboratory by testing for key compounds. The world’s most trusted and rigorous method of grading Manuka honey is to measure the ‘Unique Manuka Factor’ (UMF). Honey that achieves a UMF rating has been proven to contain the three signature compounds found in genuine Manuka Honey (Leptosperin, DHA, and Methylglyoxal (MGO)), and buying honey with the UMF rating is the best way to ensure you’re buying genuine Manuka Honey with a measurable purity.

Nothing funky or junky.

Our Apiterra Raw Honey contains NO artificial preservatives, colors, refined sugar, gluten, wheat, yeast, corn, soy, dairy, egg. NON GMO, Paleo friendly, OU Kosher and Gluten Free.

Please keep in mind, that natural raw honey does not spoil and unlike fake honey it will naturally crystallize (become more solid) but remains safe for consumption. To get your honey back to a smooth consistency, gently warm the jar in a pot of warm water and stir.  If you heat and cool pure honey, you will alter the taste and kill all healing and nutritional values.

Great With Breakfast

Breakfast! It’s the most important meal of the day. And a good, wholesome breakfast will help you start your day off right.

Sweeten your morning by adding honey to your breakfast dish.

Raw Honey Storage

Here are several important tips on Raw Honey storage:

Raw honey should be stored in the pantry, not in the fridge. Cold temperatures can result in crystallization of Raw Honey.

Excessive heat can have detrimental effects on the nutritional value of honey. Heating up to 37°C (98.6 F) causes loss of nearly 200 components, part of which are antibacterial.

Honey will last indefinitely if protected from moisture. It may lose color and some flavor. But it will still be safe to eat.

Testimonials

Amazon Customers:

This honey is a real pearl in a sea of the fake mixes of sugars, called honey, it's delicious and it's not heated, and it's not pasteurized, which makes it a great source of the vitamins, enzymes and minerals.  - Anna H.

- I have worked at bee farms before. This honey is pure, raw and very good quality for what you pay for. It has a true wildflower flavor, and is 100% honey (you can tell by the crystallization in the photo.) I got this to use for mead making, and it works well and is good also for just eating. -  Channing.
